Position Summary: The CDL Truck Driver will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of rear load, front load, side load, and roll off trucks, while providing prompt, courteous and complete waste removal services for customers on designated routes. The Driver safely maneuvers assigned vehicle in residential or commercial environments; navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots and provides excellent customer service. The physical ability to handle objects more than 50lbs frequently throughout the day and work under many different weather conditions is expected. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effective listening and problem-solving skills, and dedication to providing excellent customer service is desired. Supervisory/Management experience leading a team of hourly associates Experience in managing resources to optimize equipment, facilities, employees, methods, and materials. Proficiency in Lean Methodologies and Continuous Quality Improvement principles. Experience with system improvement methods, capacity planning, and product flow. Proven ability to leverage data analysis to drive business insights and solutions. Strong project management and continuous improvement skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree or equivalent. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques. Experience in a logistical or e-commerce fulfillment environment. Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train team members. Flexibility to work weekends and/or night shifts. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change. Customer service orientation and a data-driven mindset.
