ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES + Manage and answer a large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and electronic messages in a professional, timely and satisfactory manner and resolve all questions, requests and changes to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. + Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics. + Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives. + Resolve product or service concerns by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the concern; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the concern; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. + Seize opportunities to upsell products or services when they arise + Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication and engage customers by taking the extra mile. + Promptly respond to all e-mails and complete tasks associated with them. + Schedule and create delivery/services while making sure of account accuracy (address, contact information, delivery/service instructions). + Follow-up with customers regarding their calls, letters or e-mails regarding their concern in a timely manner to resolve any and all customer issues. + Ensure all required customer and merchandise information including customer's concern(s) is accurately documented in the company's operating computer system. This includes providing details and keeping records of the situation and how it's being resolved in the company's computer system in a comprehensible way. + Determine appropriate action for the customer by investigating if the merchandise is under warranty and which warranty applies or, if the merchandise can be repaired. + Responsible for contacting the manufacturer or warranty company regarding warranty questions. + Determine who is responsible for the cost of the service call. + Schedule and create even exchanges, return authorizations and in home service orders accurately in the system. + Schedule appointments for service calls to customer's homes, receive and document calls from in-home service technicians when they have completed a call or delivery. + Ensure notes on service calls are kept up to date in the system at all times, follow up with customer to ensure the service call was completed satisfactorily; document in the system. + Order parts and monitor parts orders with factories. + Review weekly open service calls report, make follow up calls to customers. + Coordinate in-store repairs by setting up appointments for pickup and delivery. + Keep abreast of new or changes in manufacturers and Cardis warranty programs, and where to locate warranty information. + Communicate effectively the features and benefits of the warranty programs. + Interact with other departments as necessary to resolve, prevent problems and improve existing procedures and systems. Communicate clear and precise information to various departments to in turn provide better service to the customer. + Show patience, compassion, and empathy. Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities Work as a team member to achieve department goals and overall company goals. Provide directions to Personal Lines CSR's as necessary. Demonstrates leadership skills and continually leads by example. Actively supports and incorporates company mission and core values into daily activities. Assist the producer on new and renewal marketing and placement. Inputs customer applications into the agency management system from the carrier rating system. Upload/submit application(s), photos, appraisals, etc. to be submitted to the insurance carriers for policy issuance. Checks new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing and coverage. Ensure that these policies are delivered and/or mailed to the client. Monitors renewal process by verifying all policies listed on the expiration list have been renewed or rewritten and remarketed as needed. Receives phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims or administrative problems, and comply with the request and/or refer to the producer only when necessary. Keep producers fully informed of all important activities on their accounts. Maintains a suspense system to follow up on outstanding endorsements, new business policies and correspondence and follows up on overdue and suspense items. Conducting account reviews - Complete account reviews and contact clients via phone call on 100% of assigned accounts each week. Pre-call account review Verifying contact information Reviewing potential discounts and coverage gaps, including lines of business not written with the agency Sending out follow up email or letter for client who we do not speak to on the initial outbound phone call. Prior to remarketing, determine reason for increase, review alternate ways to decrease the premium through additional discounts, change of billing plan, or increased deductibles. Also discuss the repercussions of rewriting an account. Treat remarkets like a new business in terms of underwriting questions and gathering any other pertinent information. Follows the Agency program to round out personal line's accounts. Reviews account sends rounding letters; follows up. Inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures, documents accordingly. Perform all account transactions including binders, billing, and follow up on routine correspondence between carriers, agency and insured. Follow up on photo requests, and any requests for additional information. Identifies policies requiring renewal attention for surplus lines or agency billed policies and sends carriers renewal changes in time. Renewal offers delivered to clients 30 days prior to expiration. Handles endorsements; takes information; generates activity; uploads changes to companies within 24 hrs. Maintains electronic and/or paper files in an orderly, up-to-date manner with full policy detail and use the system for all notes and diaries. Attends appropriate internal and external meetings relating to banking and insurance. Sells insurance products with the ability to earn commissions. Participates in the agency Incentive Pan. Embraces the Bank's commitment to SOLUTIONS by seeking and recognizing opportunities to refer new business to different areas of the Bank, Insurance, Plimoth Investment Advisors, Financial, and Mortgage. Performs additional duties at management's request. Qualifications Good communication skills both verbal and written. Has a thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages. Has the ability to perform multiple tasks in complex working environment accurately and proficiently. Possesses above average computer knowledge and skills. Has knowledge and experience necessary for independent decision-making ability. Must be licensed per state requirements. Holds the CISR Designation. Attend educational seminars. Some travel may be required. May work at any branch location as needed.
