As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Level Marketing Expert to lead our dynamic marketing initiatives and elevate our direct-to-consumer (DTC) and e-commerce presence. This role is perfect for a results-oriented professional with a passion for the hunting and outdoor industry and a proven track record in strategic marketing and digital growth. Position Overview: The Senior Level Marketing Expert – DTC/E-commerce will spearhead our marketing efforts, focusing on driving growth and engagement across all digital channels. Working closely with key departments, you will oversee the development and execution of innovative campaigns, manage external partnerships, and ensure seamless coordination of our digital marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement a comprehensive DTC marketing strategy with a strong focus on Shopify-based e-commerce operations. Social Media Management : Oversee and optimize social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) to enhance engagement, drive growth, and build brand loyalty. Campaign Execution : Collaborate with the CMO, E-commerce Director, and Product Launch Manager to execute impactful campaigns, including product launches, restocks, and promotional initiatives. Marketing Calendar : Own and manage the company’s digital marketing calendar, ensuring flawless execution of campaigns and events. Process Optimization : Identify and implement workflow improvements to maximize the productivity of the e-commerce and marketing teams. Partnership Management : Manage relationships with external partners (SEO, PR, Paid Media, Community Marketing agencies) to ensure alignment with company objectives and deliver exceptional performance. Event Support : Work with the MKC Road Team during live events to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years of senior-level e-commerce and marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced DTC environment. Expertise in Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics, and other key digital marketing tools. Proven ability to grow and manage professional social media accounts, with a deep understanding of current trends and best practices. Passion for the hunting and outdoor space, with a strong connection to the target audience. Exceptional data analysis skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights to drive performance. Experience managing external agencies and vendors to achieve strategic objectives. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; photography skills are a plus. Bonus : A background in Culinary, Tactical, or Hunting industries. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
