(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Emergency Medicine PA - Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner– Family Practice | Rural Health with ER and Hospitalist Coverage Location: Wolf Point, MT – Loan Repayment NHSC eligible We are seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to work in a rural health clinic setting with ER and Hospitalist Coverage. The Provider would be working for a small rural| frontier critical Access facility where the average daily census is 2.5 patients and the ER sees approximately 80 patients per month. The Provider would work in the RHC and see typically 18-20 patients per day. The provider would enjoy a full service lab as well as X-Ray and CT capabilities. The provider would work with other Providers and one Physician|MD and hospital call will be rotated with the other Providers. Most of the patients with major trauma are shipped to Great Falls or Billings. A competitive compensation package is offered with a base salary of $100,000-$125,000, $5,000 signing bonus in exchange for a two-year commitment and a relocation allowance of $4,000 (reimbursed with receipts). The relocation is negotiable depending upon the needs of the candidate. The Provider would also be able to apply through the NHSC which would require is a separate application with the Federal Government but if awarded the Provider would receive $25,000 per year paid directly to their Federally qualified student loans. This position requires four (4) years of experience in highway construction or related field (e.g., laboratory testing, transportation design, engineering, etc.), including at least two (2) years in inspection, sampling, testing, and/or surveying. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: The position requires knowledge of project inspection and testing procedures, including site features and materials; general construction engineering principles; sampling and laboratory testing procedures; State, AASHTO, FHWA, and ASTM standards and specifications; and maintenance and calibration of specialized tools and equipment. The position also requires skill in reviewing, interpreting and applying design plans and specifications to site circumstances; acquiring and documenting field data; constructing sets of field notes; interpreting site conditions (e.g., elevations, features, etc.); and communicating effectively with contractors, landowners, and other Department personnel.
