Assists in maintaining accurate records for inventory. Assist in ensuring Roberts Warehouse follows all applicable building and environmental governmental regulations. Fills out and maintains administrative records as necessary for all department activities. Enter data into reports and billing accurately. Work OT when needed. Ranging from weekday OT to weekend coverage. In the absence of Warehouse Management responsible for assuring adequate working conditions, safety programs, and appropriate maintenance of equipment and supplies. Communicate necessary information requested by customers either by phone, e-mail, or other correspondence. Must be able to follow all Company procedures and directives. Must know and follow all GMP procedures. Must be able to travel to other Roberts warehouses within reason if needed. Skilled in the operation of relevant material handling equipment (ex. forklifts, stretch wrappers, etc.). Able to effectively train others in how to operate safely. Must be proficient in understanding and planning material handling activities. This includes a fundamental understanding of warehouse allocation and space utilization. Requirements High School Diploma Lean training is preferred, not required. Must be able to read, write, and speak English. Must be proficient in basic math. Must be proficient in the Wise system and understand all necessary operations and reports. Must be efficient and accurate in data/billing entries into the system. Must achieve all necessary deadlines. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers by e-mail, phone, and other correspondence. Must be prompt and accurate in all responses.
