The Supervisor, Point of Purchase will drive marketing strategy and product support on retail customer sites as well as client owned web e-stores. Responsibilities: Oversee the development of Point of Purchase strategies and analysis for assigned clients. Lead client Point of Purchase strategy and reporting calls. Creatively develop and execute brand strategy against client goals for both HCP and patient targets. Manage marketing channels and execution when leveraging retail partner data or capabilities across social, search, and display. Develop innovative omni-channel strategies utilizing both retail and third-party vendors with knowledge of print, display, and digital tactics. Work with cross-functional teams within the organization, including marketing channel leads, external client representatives, and clients. Requirements: 5-7 years Point of Purchase, marketing experience (retail, ecomm, marketing). Experience in team leadership and management. Strong business and leadership skills to make independent decisions affecting the daily operations and management of campaigns. Strong oral and written communication abilities, including experience developing written documents, presentations, and process maps. Strong drive and ability to self-manage.
