Responsibilities: Manage a high volume of personal injury cases, ensuring exceptional client representation and satisfaction. Oversee all aspects of case management, including strategy development, negotiations, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and handle complex motion practice. Collaborate with senior management on developing and implementing firm-wide strategies, goals, and initiatives. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPI’s), utilizing data to drive decision-making and improve performance. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork, professional development, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and active Pennsylvania Bar license. Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing personal injury law with a focus on the plaintiff side. Proven track record of managing a high volume of cases and achieving successful outcomes.
