Job Description Job Description The recently renovated Rachel Kohl Community Library is searching for a new Library Director, due to retirement. The library is in Glen Mills, PA in Delaware County. The library is affiliated with the Delaware County Library System. This is a highly educated and relatively wealthy community, and the library directly serves the townships of Bethel, Chadds Ford, Chester Heights, Concord and Thornbury, PA. Position Summary: The Library Director is responsible for the overall administration, management and strategic direction of the library. The Library Director will lead a team of library professionals and work collaboratively with Trustees, volunteers, community and local government officials. Qualifications : · Master’s degree in library science (or soon-to-be completed degree) from an ALA-accredited program or an OCL-approved PA-based program is required.. · Minimum of 2 years of cross disciplined library experience inclusive of supervising of others. · At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity (in any company, not for profit, library etc.) highly preferred. · Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff and engage with the community. Job Description Pediatric Therapeutic Services (PTS) is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide therapy services for a local school district. \n \n Perks: \n \n\t We offer competitive rates with reimbursement for documentation, meeting attendance, and report writing.\n\t This is a 1099 Independent contracting position, allowing for greater flexibility. \n\t PTS provides consistent on-site and off-site mentorship with Clinical Directors and Team Leaders.\n\t School-Based Academy: We provide the support and community a new School-Based therapist needs to feel comfortable and be successful.\n\t Lending Library: PTS recognizes the additional expense in providing evaluation materials. We have an extensive library of testing tools and assessments for therapists to borrow as needed.\n\t Access to our PTS Team website for supports and resources for innovative programming, school and caseload stability, and team collaboration for professional growth.\n \n Responsibilities: \n\n \n\t Screen, assess, and evaluate students using appropriate tests and assessment instruments.\n\t Plan and provide appropriate specialized physical therapy techniques through individual and/or group sessions designed to meet the educational needs of the student consistent with physical therapy goals contained in Individual Education Plans (IEP).\n\t Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to develop IEPs.\n\t Evaluate student progress and determine readiness for termination of therapy services.\n\t Collaborate with classroom teachers to plan and implement classroom-based activities.\n\t Collaborate with parents in the physical therapy program of their child.\n\t Compile, maintain, and file all reports, records, and other documents required in accordance with federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and school policy to include documentation for the need for equipment and materials.\n\t Meet the needs of all students effectively by working in partnership with other disciplines.\n\t Comply with policies established by federal and state law, State Board of Education rules, and school policy.\n\t Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research, theories, and practices associated with the Physical Therapy profession.\n \n Company Profile: \nEach year the number of students receiving related services under Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) changes and grows.
