Job Summary As a Multi-Site Porter, you are hardworking, self-motivated, and take pride in your craft. You are supporting the building maintenance team and landscape efforts to maintain the property. You may perform general maintenance support including detailed cleaning and apartment turns in accordance with company standards. Your focus is to preserve optimum quality and efficient production. Part-Time Position Hours: 20 hours per week Responsibilities: Light maintenance/porter duties for 4 buildings Compensation: $22.00 per hour Housing: Must be willing to live onsite Requirements Responsibilities: Performs detailed cleaning of assigned areas including power washing buildings and common areas Hauling of trash to dumpster area Wipes, scrubs, dusts, sweeps, mops, vacuums, and empties trash as required Conducts detailed cleaning of unit interior to prepare for resident move-in Assists with lighting maintenance work as needed Provide exceptional customer service to the team and residents Support Sullivan Property Management's mission and values Communicate in a timely and effective manner Deliver notices and flyers to occupied units Perform work using safe work practices and identifies/resolves hazards throughout the property Skills And Abilities Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellence, improvement and achieving goals Ability to push and pull 100 lbs of force Ability to lift below waist up to 75 lbs and above waist up to 45 lbs Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Multilingual ability a plus Schedule may require work on weekends, holidays and evenings Regular, consistent and timely attendance required Qualifications High school diploma (or GED), or equivalent experience required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Clean driving record #J-18808-Ljbffr

Ability to stand for extended periods. Meet the physical requirements: constantly walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, reaching over the shoulder, lifting, and carrying. Constant weight – 1-35 lbs. Occasional weight – 36-50 lbs. Day Porter General function: Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles.
