Job Posting Maintenance Technician Assists in the performance of duties necessary to keep the physical structure and associated equipment of the facility in good repair. Minor maintenance, painting, repairs and other duties are the primary duties. Assists with plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance. Position requires call. Must be high school graduate or equivalent. Prior maintenance experience or training required. Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
