Paid Weekly Continuous Training Supportive Team Culture Company match 401K Medical/Dental/Vision Paid Time Off - 6 Paid Holidays Rewarding Work Responsibilities Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage and preparing a 100% Repair Plan. Identify all needed repairs to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time. Plan work procedures following work orders for all listed operations. Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to access damaged areas. Store parts properly to prevent damage. Mend damaged body panels by hammering, filling dents, welding broken parts, ensuring gaps and fits meet industry standards. Remove damaged panels and replace with new parts, then reassemble after painting. Operate various hand and power tools such as welders, soldering equipment, cutting torches, sanders, spray guns, etc. File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before handing over the vehicle to the Paint Department. Repair or replace defective parts as needed. Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Follow all company safety, operational, and procedural guidelines. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred: I-CAR / ASE certifications. 2-3 years collision repair experience preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Customer-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team. Ability to read and understand written instructions. Successful background check required. Behaviors/Competencies Integrity, respect, and accountability.
