Job Description Job Description Licensed Journeyman Electrician Tri C Electric – Powered with Purpose Southwest Arkansas | Full-Time | Travel Required About Us: Tri C Electric is a full-service electrical contracting company established in 2019 and based in Southwest Arkansas. We specialize in commercial, industrial, and multi-state electrical projects including thermography inspections, medium-voltage systems, fiber-optic installation, and emergency response services. Position Overview: We are seeking a Licensed Journeyman Electrician with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and quality. The right candidate will play a key role in delivering reliable service to our commercial and industrial clients across Arkansas, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma. Responsibilities: Perform electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting on commercial and industrial systems. Supervise and train helpers/apprentices on-site. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics. Conduct thermography scans and assist with data collection when needed. Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and company safety standards. Complete daily reports and communicate with project management. Qualifications: Active Journeyman Electrician License (Arkansas or reciprocal state). Minimum 3 years of commercial or industrial electrical experience. Strong understanding of NEC codes and safety practices. Ability to travel for multi-state projects.
