For additional information about our company, visit our website at www.fisherind.comPOSITION SCOPE The Asphalt Plant Laborer is a safety sensitive position responsible for following directions instructions and specifications as determined by supervisor. Will work and operate equipment in a safe manner and adhere to all safety and environmental rules. These plants do move sites but our current job sites are in Kingman and Ehrenburg AZ.PRIMARY DUTIESClean or prepare sites to eliminate possible hazardsAssist co-workers in the servicing, repairing, and adjusting of various pieces of equipment throughout the plantShovel dirt, gravel, and asphaltGeneral clean up around plant siteLoad, unload, or identify materials or tools, distributing them to the appropriate locations, according to specifications and direction from supervisorResponsible for notifying department leader of any potential safety or equipment issues immediatelyResponsible for following processes and procedures correctlyResponsible for wearing appropriate clothing, shoes, and personnel protective equipmentSafety, Safety, Safety comply with all company policies, procedures, and standards of safetyPerform other duties as assigned and assist other craft workersREQUIREMENTSApplicants must be at least 18 years oldMust be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug testAbility to complete work tasks under various adverse weather conditions including heat above 100 degrees, cold, rain, and snowAbility to repeatedly walk up and down steep and rough terrain carrying construction materialsMust have the ability to exhibit a can-do attitudeMust be reliable, responsible and dependableMust have reliable transportationMust be able to lift up to 75 lbs.Fisher Industries is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are a drug-free work environment requiring pre-employment and random drug testing. Responsibilities are as follows:Customize client workout programs developed from the Initial AssessmentUtilize the Svetness Fitness App for all client sessions, including programming & session notesDemonstrate each exercise and ensure client is performing correctly with or without modificationsConduct client Reassessments every 4-6 weeksMaintain client session appointments through Svetness scheduling softwareAble to provide a flexible schedule to accommodate client appointmentsAble to commute to and from client sessions up to 45 minutesQUALIFICATIONSCertified Personal Trainer: Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE.CPR/AED Certification: Ensure clients' safety with up-to-date CPR/AED training.Education and experience: High school diploma or GED equivalent and 1-3 years of personal training experience.Strong communication skills: Effectively communicate verbally, in writing, and technically.Knowledgeable in nutrition: Possess a basic understanding of nutrition and healthy living practices.Fitness expertise: Familiarity with a variety of exercise equipment and personal training methods.Physical ability: Capable of lifting, pushing, pulling up to 50 lbs. and performing athletic calisthenics duties.Requirements for this position include the possession of personal basic training equipment to effectively assist clients in achieving their goals.
