Position Overview: Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neurosurgery. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional care to patients in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Shift: 3rd Shift Location: Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215 Compensation: Competitive pay range of $37.50 - $56.25 per hour based on qualifications and experience, along with a generous benefits package. Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 for 3rd Shift Key Responsibilities: Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care. Anticipate and recognize significant changes in patients' conditions and take appropriate actions. Participate in creating and implementing individualized care plans. Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the unit. Provide patient education and support to families. Unit Overview: Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you'll care for patients undergoing procedures such as: Post-operative care for craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and stroke interventions. Patients with complex neurological conditions. Collaboration within the Aurora Neuroscience Innovation Institute (ANII) for cutting-edge treatments.
