Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely. Maintain FFD Requirements to work at Nuclear Power Plant facility. Desired Qualifications Experience with designing and developing customizable and interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Expert builder of automated reports and dashboards with the help of Power BI and other reporting tools. Perform in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, correlations, and opportunities for improvement, resulting in actionable recommendations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define reporting needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Execute data quality assessments and cleansing processes, maintaining data integrity and accuracy across all reporting outputs. Support strategic initiatives by providing analytical insights and recommendations, including forecasting and trend analysis. Present findings and insights to stakeholders, translating complex data into understandable and actionable formats. Experience in tools and systems on MS SQL Server BI Stack, including SSRS and TSQL, Power Query, MDX, PowerBI, and DAX. Expert‑level MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project. Have knowledge of database fundamentals such as multidimensional database design, relational database design, and more. Demonstrated experience in metrics development and deployment. Experience with deployment flow charts and/or &swim lane; tools for visualizing procedures and roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Required Skills Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio, Power BI and/or Tableau. Create reports, dashboards and visualizations to help others understand business performance. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
