We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer Electrician to join our team and contribute to the installation and maintenance of solar power systems. Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and repair solar power systems, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and associated wiring. Conduct site evaluations to determine the most effective placement and configuration of solar panels. Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful completion of installation projects within designated timelines. Perform electrical wiring and connectivity work, adhering to safety protocols and local electrical codes. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the installation or maintenance process. Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on existing solar systems to ensure optimal performance. Keep accurate records of all installation and maintenance activities. Communicate effectively with clients, providing them with information and guidance on solar energy systems. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in solar power installation and maintenance. Continuously learn and adapt to new technology and advancements in the field of solar power. Bonus and commission opportunities available based on performance. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Valid Electrician license or certification. Proven experience in installing and maintaining solar power systems. In-depth knowledge of electrical wiring and circuitry. Familiarity with local electrical codes and safety regulations. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work well in a team environment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy equipment and working at heights. Valid driver's license. Own transportation.
