Salary: Starting at $95,000 (based on experience) + annual discretionary bonus Senior Treasury Analyst Job Summary Reporting to the CFO, the Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for daily treasury operations, including but not limited to, daily cash positioning and forecasting, funds transfers, and bank account management. Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities Manages daily cash activities for all REITS and related investment funds and determines daily cash positioning; assists with short-term cash forecasting. Manages banking relationships and bank accounts including but not limited to, account openings, account closings, changes in services, updating signers, etc. Processes external and inter-company wires and ACH cash transfers and coordinates with appropriate parties to receive approvals. Manages and administers various treasury and banking portals including access and set-ups. Oversees daily cash positioning activities, including managing daily liquidity, cash position reconciliation, and bank reporting. Coordinates due diligence information related to entity management and/or treasury, including keeping W‑9s and internal wiring instructions. Monitors treasury accounts to analyze bank charges and interest earned and optimize account structure to reduce bank fees. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Needed Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent required. 3 - 5 years of accounting or finance‑related experience. Ensures the flow of shifts on the deck are running properly: great door calls, excellent pre-shift meetings and great deck teacher rotations. Helps to ensure special needs lesson standards are being met. Supervises all Golden Teachers and collects all training logs. Manages all Goldfish Swim Team Coaches. Responds and creates an action plan for shifts and Family Swims. Creates daily shift notes and sends them to the General Manager and Operation Manager. Provides weekly report summarizing the status of 6MC and 8MC students, Deck Supervisor notes, training logs, pump room checklist and the cleaning checklist. Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer. Education/Experience : High school diploma or GED is preferred. Two or more years as a swim instructor required. Experience as a youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor and/or teacher preferred. College degree preferred. Optional CPO Certification. Certificates and Licenses : Lifeguard, CPR/AED, First Aid certifications and Ellis lifeguarding certifications required.
