Supports/Manages Board of Directors: Coordinates logistics for all board meetings, including location, meals, technology, and materials. 5. Manages Administrative Deliverables: Provides executive-level administrative support, including managing special projects with excellence and timeliness. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or operations-focused role Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on detail Proven ability to think critically and make decisions within structured environments.
