These positions are located at the James C. Kennedy Mountain Campus in Red Feather Lakes, CO. Staff members are responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, assisting with program and event coordination, and responding to emergencies.These are non-benefited positions, with hours not to exceed 1,000 in a calendar year.KMC Operations Associate and KMC Operations Associate LeadAssist with daily operations and events at the Kennedy Mountain Campus.Deliver excellent customer service to all campus groups and guests.Maintain cleanliness across all campus facilities and equipment, including the dining hall, kitchens, offices, cabins, restrooms, toilets, sinks, water fountains, showers, and more.KMC EMT/Nurse/Medical StaffProvide outstanding customer service to all participants and guests.Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.Ensure a clean and safe environment.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to work both collaboratively and independently.Strong interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication.Capability to manage multiple projects effectively, maintain attention to detail, and work safely in a fast-paced environment.Strategic and creative thinking.Discretion in handling time-sensitive and confidential information.Ability to work efficiently without supervision.Required QualificationsAmerican Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED certification, or a willingness to obtain this certification.Position-specific certifications as required.Working EnvironmentWhile performing job duties, employees are regularly exposed to wet and humid conditions. Work frequently occurs outdoors and may involve exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is generally moderate.Physical ActivitiesThis role requires moderate to strenuous physical effort, including extended periods of standing, walking, bending, and repetitive hand and arm motions.Employees must be able to handle objects, tools, or controls with their hands and fingers and may need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.Occasional climbing of ladders up to 10 feet tall and balancing may be required.
