Duties And Responsibilities Proactively develop client treatment plan and monitor for client involvement and progress. Provide interventions, and facilitation of group and individual and family sessions. Provide routine communications to the treatment team, appropriate family members, referral sources, utilization review specialists, and other related professionals as needed. Provide enrollment orientation and discharge planning as appropriate within time limits. Provide support, troubleshooting of problems and administration of solutions in accordance with clinical concerns to our clients. Therapists must adhere to all Benchmark standards. Therapists must maintain mental and emotional stability yet be able to express assertive personality when necessary. Therapists must know State Licensing and Joint Commission rules and regulations and be willing to participate in reviews prompted by either. Therapists must keep their certification active and current. Therapists are team players and should help train new staff to orient them to our processes. Occasionally therapists may be required to accompany clients to outside events. Examples might be a field trip, or court or visit the client’s independent living quarters.
