Responsibilities Technician I General Duties — Perform entry-level asphalt patching, crack sealing, snow removal, and street sweeping. Assist with water and wastewater utility locates, meter reading, and minor repairs. Operate light to medium trucks and tools under supervision. Perform routine hydrant flushing and valve turning. Provide traffic control and flagging on construction sites.
