Manager of Operations (Hybrid) Lead Accounts Receivable, Treasury, and Compliance operations for an insurance company. This hands-on role requires managing day-to-day operations while ensuring regulatory compliance and financial accuracy. Manage aging reports, reconciliations, and resolve billing discrepancies while maintaining control processes across multiple systems. Treasury Management: Handle daily cash flow operations, forecasting, liquidity management, and bank account oversight. Manage bank reconciliations and unclaimed property reporting to ensure accuracy between statements and internal records. Compliance: Manage premium and surplus lines tax filings for multiple states and jurisdictions. Review tax support with third-party providers, handle reconciliations and quarterly reporting, monitor regulatory changes, and support audits. Team Leadership: Lead and develop professionals across AR, Treasury, and Compliance departments. Provide performance management, coaching, and training while promoting cross-functional collaboration to optimize processes and performance. The role requires a proactive leader capable of supporting team members, collaborating with stakeholders, and maintaining continuity during high-pressure periods.
