Position Highlights: * Join established practice with 3 physicians and 3 Advanced Practitioners * Hours of Business: Monday ?Thursday 8am to 4:30pm, and Friday 8am to 12pm * Work week will vary * Reasonable call schedule that fits work life balance * Patient volume: 20?25 patients per day * Effectively identifies, evaluate and addresses disease prevention and health promotion issues of the population in the practice while administering quality patient care. * Provide pre? and post?natal care, family planning services, and patient education and counseling * Works in an independent and interdependent relationship with the physician, other providers and practice manager, which allows for consultation, collaboration or referral.
