Overview Imperial Dade, a leading North American distributor, has a Network Group Specialist role available in Orlando, FL! For this position, training will be provided on our ERP system. The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Founded in 1935 and headquartered in New Jersey, Imperial Dade serves as a mission-critical partner to more than 120,000 customers through our footprint of 130+ branches. **All correspondence will come directly from Imperial Dade and not a personal email address.* Responsibilities You will: Maintain network program order guides and ERP (S2K) program pricing Manage newly assigned accounts and locations Assist sales consultants with contracted sales pricing & communicate regularly Maintain minimum order fees and fuel surcharge fees Optimize fill rates by providing substitutes for out-of-stock or discontinued items Update and adjust invoice pricing, billing, and order discrepancies Qualifications You have: 3+ years of customer service experience, 2+ years specific to large corporate accounts Experience with S2K is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Excellent verbal and written skills High School Diploma/GED or equivalent We offer a dynamic environment for our more than 7,500 employees to work, learn, and grow professionally.
