Apply at career site: https://zurl.to/xOB4?source=CareerSite Essential Duties, Functions, and Core Accountabilities: Schedules meetings between prospective clients and sales representatives Keeps a detailed log of calls including those that are not answered Attempts to contact prospective clients whom they have been unable to contact Inform the manager of recurrent product related complaints that warrant addressing. Following up with various communication outlets; emails, chats and phone calls Provide general administrative support to the sales team Accurately document all communication in CRM Attend sales team meetings and training sessions as directed by management. Follow up with leads converting them to Appointments Other duties as assigned. Requirements Requirements, Education, Qualifications, Skills, and Experience High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication, interpersonal, and computer skills, have outstanding listening and attention to detail, excellent phone etiquette, professional and courteous disposition, and persuasive and results-oriented. Experience in Solar Energy preferred Ability to maintain the confidentiality of company and partner information Experience in cold calling, cold messaging, or cold emailing Have basic entrepreneurial traits, including high-level logical thinking and problem-solving. Extremely professional on the phone and via text. Fast and accurate type. Can spell very well and learn "our brand and voice" quickly. Must have excellent organizational skills and the ability to excel at details, multi‐tasking, and working under pressure Must be able to pass a background, credit check, and drug screen Physical Demands and Working Conditions: Described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. The Opportunity Reporting to Center Manager - In the absence of the center manager, you will have ultimate responsibility for entire center operations, including production, quality compliance, finance, HR, and IT. Experience Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience overseeing a team. Working Conditions Spend up to 80% of the time standing/walking; occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Spend 60% of the time auditing, improving, and observing operations. May work with hazardous chemicals, be exposed to extreme temperatures and bloodborne pathogens.
