Responsibilities Plan and coordinate shifts to maximize productivity. Monitor crew performance and enforce quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Ensure food safety and compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory and daily maintenance tasks. Guard safety and security of the restaurant. Schedule crew shifts and coordinate staffing. Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching. Lead cross‑departmental communication. Maintain financial performance and profitability. Qualifications Minimum 18 years of age. Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
