The position involves working four 10-hour shifts with days and evening rotations, including on-call duties, perfect for those who thrive in fast-paced, challenging settings.Key Responsibilities:Prepare operating rooms for procedures, ensuring all surgical instruments and equipment are sterile and functional.Assist surgical teams during operations by anticipating needs and providing critical support.Monitor patient vitals and ensure their safety throughout surgeries.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality perioperative care.Maintain accurate patient records and comply with all safety and infection control policies.Desired Experience and Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.Proven experience in Operating Room nursing.Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Flexibility to work days, evenings, and on-call shifts.Location Insights:Holualoa, located on the lush slopes of the Hualalai volcano, offers a serene and inviting atmosphere.
