We are a licensed 44-bed dually certified building with an attached Assisted Living We are a resident centered facility that endeavors to provide quality care and an an exceptional living environment to our stakeholders. We are nestled in a beautiful rural community in South East Iowa proximal to Iowa City and several prominent schools and hospitals. EVNCC is seeking a part time or full-time LPN The duties for this position include: Follow established standards of nursing practice and implements facility policies and procedures. Complete medication administration Complete detailed nursing assessments and documentation Interprets existing policies and procedures to CNA's, residents, families, and physicians. Supervises and evaluates all direct resident care and initiates, corrective action as necessary Obtains report from nurse he/she is relieving and records sufficient information for follow-up action if necessary Conducts residents rounds daily, reporting problems to Nursing Supervisor and initiating corrective action Identifies resident problems and emergency situations and responds appropriately within the quality of life policies. Provides clinical supervision of CNA's We have Great Benefits! English Valley Nursing Care Center is a privately owned facility looking to hire CNA's for various shifts. We seek compassionate, responsible, and thoughtful individuals who share our passion for exceptional care in senior living. These positions can either be full time or part time. If you are a CNA with a passion for working to improve the quality of like for the elderly, you've come to the right place - We are adding to our team of caregivers. We offer the following shfits: Part Time days- (6a-2p) CNA Wage ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 DOE, Shift and Days worked. Weekend Package available. Shift Differential and experience pay. Willing to work with schedule, 12 hours shifts available upon request. Weekend and holiday rotation required for this position. Any holiday worked is paid 2x hourly wage.
