Position: Head Boys Wrestling Coach Job Description Marsh Valley High School seeks applications for Head Boys Wrestling Coach. This is a seasonal position based on the Wrestling Team schedule beginning in November 2024 and ending in February 2025. This position does not include benefits. The Head Coach is responsible for all aspects of the athletic program and must be committed to the academic mission of the High School. The Head Coach will teach the sport to student-athletes and provide coaching and recruitment of team players. Qualifications Previous High School Head Coaching Experience (Preferred) Demonstrated skills in growing program support through collaborative development efforts Evidence of building a player-led culture of excellence Strong knowledge of High School Wrestling elements and experience implementing effective systems for high-level athletic performance Commitment to recruiting student-athletes with meaningful academic goals and supporting their academic success Comprehensive knowledge of State rules and regulations and a commitment to a culture of compliance Equal Opportunity Employer Marsh Valley School District is committed to maintaining a work and learning environment free from discrimination based on various factors as defined by state and federal laws.
