Compensation is based on an Alternative Payment Plan. The Wrinch Medical Staff provides full-scope care to the region and is made up of 10 family physicians filling 5.3 FTE. We have 2 FP-anesthetists, 1 nurse practitioner, and 3 midwives who have an incredibly collaborative model of care. In spring 2020, the Physicians and Nurse Practitioners implemented a Provider Partnership model wherein each part-time GP was paired with another provider. Each provider is responsible for their own patient panel; however, in their absence, they can rely on their partner to help cover urgent cases and check in on critical results.
