Position: Clinical Nurse – Community Services Location: Mackay & Surrounds | Employment Status: Permanent Full Time | Salary: $56.76 – $58.31 per hour + NFP salary packaging benefits + extensive staff discounts Overview BlueCare is transforming the delivery of quality nursing care in the community setting. As part of our clinical nursing team, you will focus on providing nursing care and leadership, supporting other care staff and ensuring quality care that promotes independence and the ability to stay at home. Your Role As a Clinical Nurse you will manage a client portfolio and lead the frontline team through guidance and mentorship. The role enhances decision‑making and clinical experience, providing exceptional care while responding to nursing issues.
