Position: Clinical Nurse – Community Services Location: Mackay & Surrounds | Employment Status: Permanent Full Time | Salary: $56.76 – $58.31 per hour + NFP salary packaging benefits + extensive staff discounts Overview BlueCare is transforming the delivery of quality nursing care in the community setting. Your Role As a Clinical Nurse you will manage a client portfolio and lead the frontline team through guidance and mentorship. The role enhances decision‑making and clinical experience, providing exceptional care while responding to nursing issues.
