This position assists Front Office management in training and coaching agents, providing feedback (both positive and opportunities), and represents management when they may be unavailable. The Hotel Front Desk Supervisor provides the utmost in service. This position assists Front Office management in training and coaching agents, providing feedback (both positive and opportunities), and represents management when they may be unavailable.
