Job Description - Sales Support Specialist (24002370) Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is searching for a results-driven Sales Support Specialist. As a member of the sales team, this pivotal role ensures the attainment of revenue and sales targets by providing exceptional support to Territory Managers and cultivating partnerships with our valued external customers. Visit customers independently and work collaboratively with Territory Managers to achieve sales goals. Maintain and build customer relationships while finding solutions to resolve customer issues. Perform inventory management of Industrial Gases and Hardgoods via phone. Ensure ongoing accuracy of customer and product information. Stay informed on present and future policies, practices, and trends within the organization and market. Prepare analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow-up documentation to assist sales teams in exploring client needs during the sales process. Provide support for Proposals and Cylinder audits. Other duties as assigned. What makes you great: High School Diploma/GED required. Prior Sales Support experience is preferred. Industrial gas or welding experience is preferred. Planning and leading environment of care/safety meetings, with potential responsibilities as the safety officer in charge of compliance. Coordinating and overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs in alignment with industry standards and equipment manufacturer recommendations. Cultivating and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that embraces diversity. Qualifications A Bachelor's degree and/or five or more years of experience in hospital maintenance and/or construction within a healthcare setting are required. A minimum of five years of supervisory experience in healthcare-related facility equipment and systems operations, including expertise in chiller systems, steam boilers, hydraulic systems, building controls, electrical systems, and air handlers. Broad knowledge of TJC, OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other federal, state, and local regulatory agency standards is essential. Membership in a state or national healthcare engineering association is preferred. Preferred: Certified Healthcare Facility Manager (CHFM). A valid driver's license is a prerequisite. May be required to work weekdays and/or weekends, evenings and/or night shifts. May be required to work on religious and/or legal holidays on scheduled days/shifts.
