REQUIREMENTS You must meet several requirements before joining the Air Force. These concern your background, overall health and other standards set by the Air Force, Department of Defense and federal law.Minimum Education You must be 17-42 years of age, a U.S. citizen and obtain a qualifying ASVAB score. High School Students may start their application as early as the end of their junior year. Applicants who are non-graduates or non-alternate credential holders must obtain an AFQT Test score of 65 or higher on the ASVAB. JOB OVERVIEW: The Account Services Coordinator (ASC) has responsibility for managing the daily details necessary to increase sales by supporting our clients in all aspects of the sales process. In addition to managing client orders, the ASC works hand-in-hand with Account Executives, Account Managers, and the broader team, as appropriate, to identify proactive ways to drive revenue growth. This position requires exceptional organizational and detail skills, a problem-solving approach, and a firm grasp of the client relationship and their gain as the core of our own success. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage customer orders from receipt of PO through to customer's confirmed satisfaction, acting as the customer's liaison and internal advocate for efficient order processing and delivery. This includes interfacing with multiple internal departments to establish the priority of the customer. Work also includes entering orders, confirming shipping details, leading responses to customer concerns or complaints, and ensuring we have fulfilled the customer's needs. Manage customer expectations by clearly conveying pricing, inventory, lead time, and ship date information on each order. Advise quickly and clearly on out-of-stock materials and work with the sales and operations teams to explore workable alternatives. Identify client-specific inventory management opportunities such as contracts or floor stock agreements to help both the Company and customers efficiently manage supply chain. Manage client documentation requests. Work with their respective sales team to develop growth strategies for specific accounts, plan client communications, identify product opportunities, and prepare quotes and samples. Contribute to sales team cultural development and business planning in weekly sales team meetings.
