Job DescriptionJob DescriptionAdministrative Coordinator / Team AssistantLocation Mossville, ILOnsite – Monday through FridayDuration Contract through May 2027 with potential extensionPay Rate $18/hour About the OpportunityOur client, a global leader in the industrial and manufacturing space, is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to support daily team operations and leadership activities within a collaborative office environment.This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and organizational skills who enjoys supporting teams, coordinating activities, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.The selected candidate will support two directors and play a key role in team coordination, scheduling, travel support, and culture-focused activities. ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to leadership and team membersCoordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activitiesAssist with travel arrangements and expense reportingSupport office operations, supply management, and team coordinationHelp organize team engagement initiatives and Culture Club eventsPrepare reports, presentations, and internal communicationsMaintain organized documentation and recordsPartner with administrative staff and cross-functional teams to support business needsAssist with day-to-day operational and coordination tasks to help the team run efficiently Qualifications1–3 years of administrative, coordinator, office support, customer service, or event coordination experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesComfortable working in a collaborative office environmentStrong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasksProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to support team initiativesPreferred QualificationsExperience scheduling meetings or coordinating calendarsExposure to travel coordination or expense managementExperience supporting managers, team leads, or department operationsEvent coordination or team engagement experienceExperience in corporate, manufacturing, or professional office environments Top SkillsCommunicationOrganizational SkillsCollaboration What We’re Looking ForStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh level of professionalism and reliabilityAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentTeam-oriented mindset with strong follow-throughSomeone proactive, energetic, and eager to grow professionally Additional InformationOnsite office environmentMonday–Friday scheduleSupporting 2 Directors across 2 divisionsOpportunity to contribute to team culture and engagement initiativesLong-term contract opportunity with extension potential through May 2027
