What You'll Do: Utilize nursing processes to provide evidence-based patient care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, compassionate care. Major Responsibilities: Assess patient needs and create individualized care plans. Recognize significant changes in patients and act accordingly. Physical Requirements: This role demands physical ability including lifting, standing, and potential exposure to hazardous materials. Proper protective equipment will be provided as needed.
