Fast Pace Health is seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team, focusing on providing top-tier urgent and primary care in underserved communities. This role is instrumental in enabling us to fulfill our mission of accessible and affordable healthcare by delivering comprehensive patient care under a collaborative model. Ideal candidates will have the expertise in managing a wide range of medical conditions, performing diagnostic tests, and developing long-term health plans in coordination with our multi-disciplinary team. Conduct patient assessments and provide treatment and care plans. Prescribe medications, conduct routine examinations, and perform diagnostic tests. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Assist in the development and implementation of new clinical programs and protocols. Provide guidance and mentorship to nursing staff. Strong diagnostic and decision-making skills. Empathy and excellent interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Proficiency with medical tools and equipment required for diagnostics and treatments.
