SUMMARY: Seaboard Energy is seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Maximo CMMS Super User to support the successful implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our IBM Maximo Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role serves as the primary liaison between system users, maintenance teams, IT, and project leadership to ensure accurate data, effective system usage, and alignment with asset management best practices. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Maximo, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving operational excellence through technology and data. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned at management's discretion. Serve as the primary in-house expert on IBM Maximo CMMS functionality, configuration, and daily use. Serve as the primary lead for the setup, validation, and ongoing maintenance of equipment records, preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, work orders, inventory, and asset hierarchies. Provide first-line support and troubleshooting for Maximo-related issues, escalating to IT or external vendors as needed. Train and support end-users on Maximo features, workflows, and data entry standards. Maintain data integrity by performing audits, validations, and clean-up of system data. Create and update documentation, SOPs, training materials, and quick reference guides. Develop and run reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support maintenance and reliability decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (maintenance, operations, engineering, IT) to improve processes and system utilization. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and enhancement projects. Monitor user adoption and identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and compliance. Knowledge of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), lean maintenance, or ISO 55000 asset management standards. Technical writing or documentation experience.
