Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and assist individuals in the daily maintenance and cleaning of their home as outlined in the Plan of Care. This can include household duties such as cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, laundry, changing linens, errands, as outlined in the Plan of Care.Supervise and assist individuals with shopping, meal planning, preparation, and money management as outlined in their Plan of Care.Assist with management of medications and treatments as outlined in the Plan of Care and under the direction of the persons physician, home health agency and/or agency nurse.Supervise and assist individuals with personal hygiene needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, undressing, toileting and transferring, as outlined in the Plan of Care.Assist individual with home communication (i.e. letters, telephone calls) as appropriate.
