Overview: Performs diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge of organizational policies and practices. Provides support to respective assigned executives as needed. Special Instructions: Microsoft word and excel experience, valid KY drivers license and general maintenance skills. Responsibilities: Maintains executive appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel and coordinating calendar with Executive Staff calendars Personal phone coverage and e-mail management as desired by Executive Conserves executives' time by reading, researching and routing correspondence, drafting letters and documents, collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications. Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information. Prepares records such as agendas, notices, meeting minutes, expense reports, etc. Manages travel requirements for Executives and independently schedules appointments Arranges programs, events or conferences by managing logistics, disseminating information or invitations, coordinating speakers and controlling event budget Creates and maintains various database and spreadsheet files. Compiles information, takes and transcribes dictation and composes/prepares correspondence, reports and other documents. Manages projects as needed. May do general Maintenace duties as assigned (Mary Breckenridge). Qualifications: Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree- Preferred Minimum Work Experience One - three year's of maintenance experience preferred. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Must know basic maintenance duties and how to correctly perform them. Experienced in Microsoft word, PowerPoint, excel.

Job Description Job Description Part Time Specimen Collector Location: Hyden, Kentucky Schedule: Part Time. Monday - Wednesday 9am to 4pm, Thursday 2pm to 4pm Seeking: Male candidates required for observed collections of gender identified male patients. Help make a positive impact in your community! Millennium Health LLC is an accredited specialty laboratory with more than a decade of experience in medication monitoring and drug testing services, helping clinicians monitor use of prescription medications and illicit drugs supporting improved clinical decision-making as part of treatment for millions of Americans with chronic pain, mental illness, and substance use disorders. The Specimen Collector is a key role at Millennium Health. As our representative, this position provides exemplary care and exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and our laboratory. As a Specimen Collector: Collect patient urine and/or oral fluid (saliva) specimens Process and package collections for shipping Serve as an intermediary between the practice / clinic and the laboratory Record patient information, physician order details, and pertinent laboratory information Resolve specimen concerns with billing or patient information in ordering portal Order and maintain collection supplies inventory onsite Observe collection for Millennium Health specimens (when applicable) Driving from/to multiple facilities may be required Requirements Ideal Candidate: 6+ months of experience as a specimen collector or 1+ years of experience in the medical field, directly supporting patients preferred 2+ years of customer service experience can be considered in place of medical experience Demonstrated ability to navigate a smart phone and computer required Valid driver’s license required Medical insurance/billing and/or familiarity with medications/diagnostic codes is a plus Ability to ensure HIPAA, HiTrust, Confidentiality and Compliance policy, procedures, and standards are always adhered to. Ability to ensure administrative, physical and technical cyber security controls are always adhered to.. High School diploma or equivalent required Physical requirements: sitting 90%, walking 5%, standing 5%, lifting up to 20 lbs.
