The purpose of this role is to lead the execution of plans for our CALP Department. Job DescriptionGpacis working with a well-established, growing national food manufacturer that is seeking1st and 2nd Shift Maintenance Supervisorsfor their facility in Owensboro, KY.The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands-on position that is responsible for preventative and routine maintenance task in our USDA food manufacturing plant and works with their staff to troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and ensure maximum equipment efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Machine maintenance, breaking down equipment, adjusting and setting up for daily production.• Preventative maintenance, which includes daily and weekly inspection on all aspect of machinery.• Develops budgets for plant maintenance, projects and major and minor line improvements.• Schedules, supervises, and directs work of the staff.• Evaluates performance and works with Plant Manager regarding personnel issues.• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required.• Able to work overtime and on call 24 hours a day for emergency situations.
