The Marketing and Outreach Specialist at Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health and all its subsidiaries ("Kolmac" or the "Company") is the forefront representing both the Kolmac and CCG Brands supporting the Director of Marketing and Communications. This person must be dynamic, innovative, result driven, passionate and detail oriented. The Marketing and Outreach Specialist will collaborate with both organizations key stakeholders and departments to assess marketing and communications business objectives and translate individual departments specific goals and challenges into marketing initiatives. They will own and drive the project management of a wide variety of marketing initiatives and tactics, including creative development, editing, blogging, writing, design, newsletters, traditional collateral pieces, email campaigns, events and conferences maintaining quality assurance and brand compliance. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mental health advocacy, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Responsibilities: Create content including writing, design, and development of projects such as blogs, presentations, newsletters, digital and traditional marketing materials, email campaigns, social media, events, and outreach Coordinate projects and support staff, influence stakeholders with professional design/execution advice and expertise to obtain feedback and approvals to execution of the projects Conduct, analyze, and present research on competitors and present research on market performance, competitive landscape, and industry trends Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives Serve as the organizations social media content creator Monitor and respond to social media interactions, maintaining a positive and professional presence Conduct website editing and blogging for Concerted Care Group and Kolmac on a regular basis Create monthly newsletters Assist with the coordination and execution of company activities, events, conferences, and meetings Assist with the coordination of outreach efforts to employee assistance programs, hospitals, lawyers, court systems, emergency responders, primary care, and urgent care facilities advertising our brand through e-mail drip campaigns and meetings Maintain a calendar of outreach activities through designated software (meetings, phone calls, workshops, networking events, seminars, on-line and in-person events) Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, partners, and stakeholders Represent Kolmac at community events, health fairs, and other outreach activities to promote our services and programs Manage events in-person or virtually and build appropriate campaigns to advertise the events Create community events.
