About the Position: This is a full-time professional position responsible for leading the Community Case Management and Hospital Diversion programs within the Prince George's County Health Department's Behavioral Health Division. The work location is in the Cheverly Clinic and UM Capital Region Health Center, respectively. The Lead Counselor III will conduct assessments and/or assign clients to a case manager to determine the needed services.
