As part of a multidisciplinary team, the therapist performs direct services including individual, family, and group therapy, diagnostic evaluations, assessments, consultations, and crisis interventions within the scope of their license. Duties include but are not limited to: Providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families using professional counseling skills Timely documentation of sessions Collaborating with Prescribing Team, Intake Coordinators, Front Desk, Clinical Supervisor, and others to develop treatment plans Attending meetings and trainings as required Representing Thrive at schools or other engagements as necessary Minimum Requirements: Active, Unrestricted License as an LGPC, LGPAT, LGMFT, LMSW, or similar under the Maryland Professional Counseling and/or Social Work Boards The Position Offers: Pay increases of more than 26% in the past 2.5 years!
