You’ll be leading the way toward inspired learning, partnering with administrators and students to aim higher. Responsibilities Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education for their children Support the center’s success by collaborating with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners Required Skills and Experience Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or meet NAEYC candidacy requirements Approved state trainer (preferred) 2-3 years Early Childhood Education experience (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred) Meet state-specific qualifications or willingness to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain Ability to use a computer, lift up to 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors Ability to engage with children physically and verbally; read, write, and communicate in English with children and parents Benefits Discounted child care benefits for you and your family Medical, dental, and vision benefits for your family (and pets) Employee assistance programs for mental health and personal growth Health and wellness programs, paid time off, and discounts on work necessities And more KinderCare Learning Companies is an Equal Opportunity employer.
