Ministerial staff render their work, stewardship, relationships and behavior as evidence of being followers of Jesus Christ while embracing and affirming Mount Hermon Association, Inc.’s (“MHA”) mission, vision and beliefs. They are responsible for defining, cultivating and leading MHA’s Christian community, conference programs, and retreats.Key Job Accountabilities:Collect weekly program details from teachers and OSS Director; disseminate details clearly and concisely to all OSS staff in a timely manner.Communicate with teachers and parents via email and phone.Visit school sites to promote OSS programs through discussion and video presentations.Provide oversight to implement program curriculum, schedule, and activities.Collaborate with the Director to hire staff. Plan and co-lead 2 weeks of staff training.Oversee Outdoor Science School Naturalists, Principals and Health Technicians.
