Job Title: Program Manager – Adaptive Ski/Snowboard (Jay Peak Resort, Vermont) Status: Full-time, Seasonal; 40 hours / week Reports To: Executive Director The mission of Adaptive Sports Partners is to empower individuals with disabilities by building community, confidence and skills through sport, recreation, and adventure. Job Summary Support the mission of Adaptive Sports Partners by coordinating safe, quality, year-round recreational activities for individuals with disabilities. Plan and facilitate the adaptive ski and snowboard program at Jay Peak Resort. The Program Manager is responsible for a wide range of duties including program planning and logistics, volunteer and athlete recruitment, volunteer training, scheduling and communication, leading lessons, post-program reporting, database and equipment management. This position is often the first point of contact for Adaptive Sports Partners’ volunteer instructors, athletes, family members, community members, and partner organizations. It requires keen attention to detail with top-notch customer service skills. Areas of Responsibility Responsible for the planning, on-site coordination and reporting for all Adaptive Sports Partners’ programs at Jay Peak Resort, that serve a wide variety of individuals with disabilities, all ages Manage recruitment, registration, scheduling, and billing of Adaptive Sports Partners’ athletes, groups and volunteers Manage the registration process; tasks may include speaking to prospective athletes, groups, and volunteers, sending out registration information, receiving and reviewing incoming documents, and communicating in a timely manner Maintain the programming software system for each program’s planning materials and documentation Update the program calendar and software on a rolling basis Communicate efficiently and effectively with a volunteer team of over 50 individuals Schedule and communicate lesson assignments for volunteer instructors Monitor, answer, and return messages for regarding program and volunteer inquiries Develop and maintain good relationships with Adaptive Sports Partners’ community partners Coordinate and uphold risk management policies and procedures related to programs Assist in the maintenance of equipment, including documentation Provide instruction in adaptive sports for individuals with disabilities Drive the program vehicle, including hauling various equipment trailers, to weekly activities Be a positive and professional representative of Adaptive Sports Partners in our community Comply with all Adaptive Sports Partners’ policies and procedures Adhere to Adaptive Sports Partners’ values and culture Participate fully as a member of Adaptive Sports Partners’ staff and volunteer team Take on other duties and projects as identified Qualifications A deep passion for the great outdoors with experience and confidence in working in an outdoor setting Experience working with individuals with disabilities Ability to assist in the maintenance and repair (or willingness to learn) of adaptive equipment and facilities Must possess a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and initiative Independence in completing tasks, decision making, and risk management Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Commitment to a positive, fun and team-oriented working environment Excellent group facilitation and team management skills Ability to work flexible hours; regular schedule includes weekend work Valid Driver’s License Clear background check Compensation: Starting $21/hour, DOE Benefits Season ski pass to Jay Peak Resort Professional development support Flexible schedule Room for growth and upward mobility Hours: Dependent on program schedule; includes weekend and occasional evening work To apply: Please submit a resume, cover letter, and three references to

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Work alongside industry experts operating a variety of equipment and tools from sculpting hammers and chisels to hand‑held torches. Provide safe handling of production materials using overhead cranes, transfer carts and forklifts. Ensure all quality checks are met, including dimensions and weight for each item made.
