As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated Retail Sales Associate who is eager to contribute to the growth of our business and help take on more responsibilities, with the potential for future advancement to a managerial role. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with knowledgeable, friendly customer service. Receive merchandise and prepare inventory for sale. Maintain and stock inventory, ensuring products are displayed and organized. Merchandise the shop, clean and organize the store to create an inviting atmosphere. Stay up-to-date on fly fishing and fly tying products and techniques to provide informed, knowledgeable service to customers. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure store operations run smoothly. Continuously strive to provide the best customer service and maintain the friendly, welcoming atmosphere that has made our shop a destination for fly fishers. Qualifications: A genuine interest in and basic knowledge of fly fishing and fly tying. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Comfort with computer systems, online inventory management, and other digital tools. Honest, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to follow directions and work as part of a small, close-knit team. A strong work ethic and a commitment to providing top-notch customer service. Additional Responsibilities: Marketing and social media. Website content creation. Inventory management. E-commerce maintenance.
