Requires knowledge of custom wood/metal fabrication and finishing, construction materials and building techniques. Necessary Qualifications: Minimum of three to five years’ experience in trade show, theatrical/entertainment construction, and project management. Degree in Construction Management, Building Fabrication, Industrial Design, or equivalent experience. Possess excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to read and set-up architectural drawings. Organized, self-motivated and able to work independently without supervision. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as time, materials and expenses. Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables using appropriate tools. Oversees all preliminary, construction, setup and ‘as built’ drawings to ensure accuracy. Coordinates all drawing changes and additions with the necessary departments. Ensures that all material and resources are available to meet a show's schedule. Insures accurate and up-to-date information is communicated to the required departments to successfully complete a project. Initiates and coordinates changes and additions as deemed necessary. Write, review, modify, audit, and/ or process all work orders while monitoring related job costs. Develop, monitor, and distribute timelines and schedules. Monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
