Overview The Branch Manager HME (“Home Medical Equipment”) is responsible for the overall operational, financial, and administration management of the designated local branch. This individual directs Office Coordinator HME and Service Technician HME personnel, manages inventory, oversees regulatory compliance, and ensures the profitable growth of the business. This individual also works closely with their assigned Nurse Navigator HME for their branch and ensures that Office Coordinator HME and Service Technician HME personnel are in-sync with the Nurse Navigator HME. While the primary function of this role is management and business operations, the Branch Manager will occasionally conduct high-level clinical patient visits, quality assurance assessments, or emergency delivery interventions to support the team and maintain standard-of-care protocols. Responsibilities Team Leadership & Personnel Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate branch staff. Schedule and direct daily workloads of direct reports. Operational Oversight: Direct daily branch workflows including billing coordination, inventory controls, and distribution logistics. Ensure assigned Nurse Navigator HME provides clinical oversight on all patients. Financial Accountability: Oversee the branch budget, manage Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, analyze cost metrics, and implement strategies to meet financial KPIs. Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with HIPAA, EEOICPA, and Company standards and policies. Field Engagement & Patient Care: Conduct periodic field visits with patients to ensure high-quality care, resolve escalated equipment issues, or audit field technician performance. Emergency & Escalated Delivery Support: From time-to-time, actively assist with equipment deliveries, setups, and troubleshooting during peak volumes, staffing shortages, or emergency/on-call situations to safeguard patient care continuity. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent combined experience). Experience: 3+ years of management experience in home health, durable medical equipment, or healthcare operations and logistics. Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Pay Range USD $75,000.00 - USD $85,000.00 /Yr. #J-18808-Ljbffr
